A Walk in the Woods is the soundtrack for a short film I made in the autumn of 2020.The film was shot at a ranch in Nasu and follows a simple day. Waking up in the morning, going for a walk, having breakfast, taking care of the horses, and watching the sunset. I also directed the film myself!
There is no dialogue or monologue, only ambient sounds and music. As a composer, it makes me very happy to create music for this kind of imagery. The combination of a minimal felt piano with occasional strings is very orthodox, but it is something I truly love.
